Purpose
Semantic analysis of video transcript, extract meaningful highlights instead of simple timestamp cutting, generate short clips for social media.
Rules
- Download transcript of target youtube video.
- Semantic segment: identify key argument, stories, insights.
- Generate bilingual subtitle (Chinese + English).
- Output clip start/end timestamp, short caption and AIGC cover image prompt.
- Call yt-dlp and FFmpeg to export clip.
